Connection failed / Postcards

This series started with the desire to make collage postcards for my friends scattered around the globe.

It grew into a study of the relationships of people who are at a distance.

It turned out that it doesn't matter what kind of distance it is — whether people are thousands of miles away from each other or on the opposite sides of the wall of words.

The series is about difficulties in communication, oversaturation and fragmentation of the information field, in which the boundary between interpersonal communication and content consumption is blurred.

Material: "Smena" magazine, "Men's Health" magazine, unidentified magazines, paper for children's art.

Analog collage, computer graphics.

Format: 10,5x14,8 cm.
